Adamos Efstathiou (born 18 December 1986 in Nicosia, Cyprus) is a Cypriot football midfielder who currently plays for Enosis Neon Parekklisias.
Efstathiou began his career at APOEL. He also played for Digenis Morphou, Enosis Neon Paralimni, AEK Larnaca, Aris Limassol, Omonia Aradippou, Ethnikos Assias, Othellos Athienou and PAEEK FC.
