Acraea alciope, the Hewitson's acraea or alciope acraea, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroon, Bioko, the Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, south-western Uganda and Zambia. The habitat consists of forests.

The larvae feed on Theobroma cacao, Fleurya and Musanga species.
