Acacia pachycarpa is a tree or shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to Pilbara and Kimberley regions of Western Australia.

The weeping tree or shrub typically grows to a height of 2 to 6 metres (7 to 20 ft). It flowers from May to June producing cream-white flowers. The plant will grow in clay soils and is often found along watercourses and in cracking clay pans.
