Acacia dunnii is a shrub or tree of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to an area in the Northern Territory and the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

The erect, slender shrub or tree typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 6 metres (5 to 20 ft). It blooms from January to June and produces yellow flowers.
