Abram Yakovlevich Belenky (Russian: Belen'kii, abram Yakovlevich) (~1883 — October 16, 1941) was bolshevik, a chief functionary of Soviet secret police (Cheka/OGPU/NKVD).
On May 9 1938 he was arrested, accused of taking part in a counter-revolutionary plot among the former NKVD officers including Yagoda, sentenced by the OSO for 5 years of GULAG. In 1940 the sentence was cancelled, his case was put under further investigation, and eventually he was executed by shooting on October 16, 1941.
