Abhishek Krishnan is an author, actor and screenplay writer in the Indian film industry, primarily focusing on South Indian cinema. His first novel, Clouds Don't Pass, a book on the story of an aspiring actor, was published in the month of August, 2015 by Notionpress.
Abhishek was also a Senior Sub Editor and Video Content Producer with notable Indian film website Behindwoods.com.
He has also written stories and screenplays for a few animated feature films for DTH viewership. 'The Turboosters', an animated feature for which he wrote the script and screenplay went on to win the FICCI award, for best animated film under the Direct To DVD (Home Video) category. The telecast rights for The Turboosters has been acquired by Sonic Channel.
'Pette the Prince', another animated feature for which Abhishek Krishnan wrote the story and screenplay had been nominated for the FICCI award, under the same category the subsequent year.
