Abdullah Qaaderi (1923- January 23, 2006), was from Iranian Balochistan. He lived during a violent time in Iranian Balochistan. He fought for political rights for Baloch people in Iran. In 1941, he was swimming champion of Iran and in 1942, he came second place.

Political life

Abdullah Qaaderi was born in 1923 in the Iranshahr. He came from Mullah Family. At 20, he was sent to Tehran to continue his studies.

Abdullah Qaaderi was the first Balochi in Iranian Balochistan to obtain a bachelor's degree in 1945. His aims were to create schools in Baluchistan, mainly in Chabahar, Iran Shahr and Zahedan so that the Baloch people might also get an education equal to that available in other parts of the country. He fought with Shah's regime to improve Baloch people life in Iran. Savak tried to poison him but he survived.
