Aarne Ihamo Salovaara (February 25, 1887, Kotka – September 11, 1945) was a Finnish gymnast and track and field athlete who competed in the 1908 Summer Olympics and in the 1912 Summer Olympics.

He was part of the Finnish team which won the bronze medal in the gymnastics men's team event in 1908.

At the London Games he also finished fourth in the javelin throw competition. He also participated in the freestyle javelin event and in the discus throw competition but for both contests his results are unknown.

Four years later he won a silver medal as member of the Finnish gymnastics team competing in the team free system event.
