Karl Aage Fahrenholtz (March 8, 1901 – August 20, 1990) was a Danish boxer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics.

In 1932 he was eliminated in the second round of the bantamweight class after losing his fight to the upcoming bronze medalist Harry Isaacs.
