ABW Group was founded in 1988 by Atul Bansal for construction of luxury villas and apartments in Delhi and NCR. Atul Bansal currently heads ABW Group as Chairman/Managing Director. His son, Aditya Bansal, an alumnus of London School of Economics, does not play an active part in the Company.
Today ABW Group has 8 commercial complexes - ABW Tower Gurgaon, Rectangle 1 Saket, Elegance Tower Jasola, Corporate Suites, Gateway Tower, Platinum Tower, City Center and Business Bay. It has 3 joint venture commercial projects, Delta Square Gurgaon, Square 1 Saket and Corporate Suites Gurgaon. The company has also entered into a joint venture with Suncity Projects Pvt. Ltd. to develop a luxury residential condominium called La Lagune at Gurgaon. ABW Group has also undertaken to develop a 250-acre (1.0 km2) Mega Township in Manesar, Haryana called ABW Aditya Niketan.
