The AAA World Cruiserweight Championship (Campeónato Mundial Crucero AAA in Spanish) is a professional wrestling championship contested for in the Mexican lucha libre promotion Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). The championship cannot be competed for by anyone who is over the Cruiserweight division weight limit of 105 kg (231 lb) and below. Traditionally this division is labelled as the "Junior Heavyweight" division in Mexico while "Cruiserweight" is a term more used in the United States or Canada.

Reigns

The inaugural champion was Alex Koslov, who defeated Alan Stone and Xtreme Tiger at AAA Television Taping on May 21, 2009, in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes. The longest reigning champion was Jack Evans who held the title for 713 days from June 6, 2010, to May 19, 2012. The youngest champion is Daga who won at the age of 24 years and 136 days. The shortest reigning champion was Alex Koslov who held the title for 9 days from August 21, 2009 to August 30, 2009. Alex Koslov and Xtreme Tiger has held the title the most times with 2 championship reigns. The oldest champion is Juventud Guerrera who won at the age of 37 years and 178 days. The current champion is El Hijo del Fantasma, who is in his first reign. He defeated previous champion Daga, Angélico, Australian Suicide, Bengala, Drago, Fénix, Jack Evans, Joe Líder and Pentagón Jr. in a ten-way elimination match for the championship at Triplemanía XXII on August 17, 2014, in Mexico City. In the same match the AAA Fusión Championship was unified into the AAA Cruiserweight Championship, resulting in it being renamed the "AAA World Cruiserweight Championship".
