The song features Akon, Lil Wayne and Snoop Dogg and was co-produced by David Banner, Akon, and Deezle. "9mm" appeared on Lil Wayne's mixtape The Best Rapper Alive, Vol. 3 and Chamillionaire's "Mixtape Messiah 3".
