The 95th Illinois General Assembly, consisting of the Illinois Senate and the Illinois House of Representatives, existed from January 14, 2007 to January 14, 2009 during the last two years of Rod Blagojevich's governorship, at Illinois State Capitol. The apportionment of seats in the House of Representatives was based on the 2000 census. Both chambers had a Democratic majority.

It was succeeded by the 96th Illinois General Assembly.
