92 St John's Hill is a Grade II listed building in Battersea, London SW11.
It was built in 1909 as an LCC Education Divisional Office, and designed by T. J. Bailey in a late 17th-century style.
The building was in later times used by the Inner London Educational Authority as administrative offices and finally disposed of in 1991.
It is currently occupied by Centre Academy London, who have been resident on the site continuously since moving there from Waterloo in 1991. Centre Academy then used the building and the rest of the site for continuing their operations as an Independent School. They are recognized as the oldest school in the UK teaching children with ADHD. Centre Academy has continued with its specialism in teaching children with special educational needs though latterly in the broader ASD spectrum.
The neighbouring building is the Grade 11 listed St Pauls Church,this has recently been renovated and converted to a residential complex under the name of 'The Sanctuary'. .
