5120 Bitias (1988 TZ1) is a Jupiter trojan. It was discovered on October 13, 1988 by Shoemaker, C. S. at Palomar.

Photometric observations of during 1994 were used to build a light curve showing a rotation period of 11.582 ± 0.017 hours.
