4722 Agelaos (4271 T-3) is a Jupiter Trojan discovered on October 16, 1977 by Cornelis Johannes van Houten, Ingrid van Houten-Groeneveld and Tom Gehrels at Palomar Observatory.

Photometric observations of this asteroid during 1994 were used to build a light curve showing a rotation period of 18.61 ± 0.12 hours with a brightness variation of 0.23 ± 0.02 magnitude.
