43 Persei is a star in the constellation Perseus. Its apparent magnitude is 5.28. Located around 37.44 parsecs (122.1 ly) distant, it is a white main-sequence star of spectral type F5V, a star that is fusing its core hydrogen.

The primary star is a spectroscopic binary with period 30.4 days and eccentricity 0.63. In addition, there are distant companions B (separation 75.5" and magnitude 10.66), C (separation 85.6" and magnitude 12.18), and D (separation 68" and magnitude 13.43).
