The 3rd Legislative Assembly of Alberta lasted from 1913 to 1917 and was the first in Alberta history with a significant opposition. The government was head by Premier Arthur Sifton and the Alberta Liberal Party. This was their second term in power and their first after asking the electorate for a mandate since Sifton was asked to form government on May 26, 1910.

The standings changed little during the 3rd legislature only 4 by-elections 3 of which resulted in the return of new members and no floor crossings occurred.
