3754 Kathleen (1931 FM) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on March 16, 1931 by Clyde Tombaugh at Flagstaff (LO).

It has a common main belt albedo of 0.06, and thus is 53 km in diameter. It is the last discovered "main-belt" asteroid more than 50 kilometers in diameter, though that does not include larger Jupiter trojans, Centaurs, and Trans-Neptunian objects that are further from the Sun.

Photometric observations of this asteroid collected during 2007 show a rotation period of 11.2 ± 0.1 hours with a brightness variation of 0.2 ± 0.04 magnitude.
