3451 Mentor (1984 HA1) is a Jupiter Trojan discovered on April 19, 1984 by A. Mrkos at Klet.

Photometric observations of this asteroid during 1998 were used to build a light curve showing a rotation period of 7.700 ± 0.005 hours with a brightness variation of 0.15 ± 0.01 magnitude.
