3034 Climenhaga (A917 SE) is a main-belt binary asteroid discovered on September 24, 1917 by Max Wolf at Heidelberg Observatory. It was named in 1987 for Canadian John Leroy Climenhaga of the University of Victoria, in honour of his work in Astrophysics.
A moon was discovered in 2009 orbiting the asteroid with an orbital period of 18 hours and 57 minutes, but the discovery wasn't announced until 2013.
