2751 Campbell, provisionally designated 1962 RP, is a main-belt asteroid discovered on September 7, 1962 by the Indiana Asteroid Program at Goethe Link Observatory in Indiana, United States.

It is named after American astronomer William Wallace Campbell (1862–1938), observational spectroscopist, director of the Lick Observatory, president of the University of California, president of the International Astronomical Union, and president of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences. He pioneered in the first large-scale systematic program for the accurate measurement of stellar radial velocities.
