2312 Duboshin, provisional designation 1976 GU2, is a 55-klilometer sized outer main-belt asteroid discovered on April 1, 1976 by Nikolai Chernykh at Nauchnyj Observatory in Crimea.

It is named after astronomer Georgij Nikolaevich Duboshin {1904–1986}, distinguished authority on celestial mechanics, author of several textbooks, president of IAU Commission 7, Celestial Mechanics and Dynamical Astronomy, from 1970 to 1973.
