Profiles

The 22 July Information Center (Norwegian: 22. juli-senteret) is a Norwegian governmental information center on the terrorist attack on Norway on 22 July 2011 in Oslo and at Utøya, Norway. The center was opened on 22 July 2015 at the ground floor of the H block of the Regjeringskvartalet (main government building). It is primarily intended to disseminate information regarding the terrorist attacks and the process of reconstructing a government building complex in Oslo.

The Department of Historical Studies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology has the academic responsibility for the center, while the Government Administration Services is responsible for the daily operation of the center. The center is open every day.
