21 Cellars is a winery in North Tacoma, Washington, USA. It produces wine in the non-interventionist winemaking techniques. It specializes in wines using Bordeaux and Spanish grape varietals. In 2011 21 Cellars was named "Best New Wine" by Seattle Magazine.
