The 2016 Rostelecom Cup was the third of six events in the 2016–17 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a series of senior-level invitational competitions. It took place November 4–5, 2016 at the Megasport Arena in Moscow, Russia. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Skaters also earned points toward qualifying for the 2016–17 Grand Prix Final.
