The 2016 Central Connecticut Blue Devils football team represents Central Connecticut State University in the 2016 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The team is led by third year head coach Pete Rossomando and play their home games at Arute Field. They are a member of the Northeast Conference. They finished with a record of 2–9, 1–5 in NEC play, to finish in a three-way tie for fifth place.
