The 2015 Southern Illinois Salukis football team represented Southern Illinois University in the 2015 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by eighth year head coach Dale Lennon and played their home games at Saluki Stadium. They were a member of the Missouri Valley Football Conference. They finished the season 3–8, 2–6 in MVFC play to finish in ninth place.
On November 30, head coach Dale Lennon was fired. He finished at Southern Illinois with an eight year record of 51–42.
