2015 KH162 is a trans-Neptunian object and scattered disc object that was discovered in May 2015 in the constellation of Serpens using the Subaru telescope and announced on February 23, 2016. It is likely a dwarf planet as it very bright for its extreme distance at 59 AU from the Sun. The diameter of 2015 KH162 is estimated to be 400–1000 kilometers.
