The 2014 Strade Bianche was the 8th edition of the international one-day cycling race Strade Bianche. The race started in San Gimignano and ended in Piazza del Campo in Siena.

The 2014 edition was won by Poland's Michał Kwiatkowski of Omega Pharma–Quick-Step who broke away with one of the pre-race favourites Peter Sagan of Cannondale with 21 km remaining. They quickly built up a lead and as they headed towards the steep finishing streets in Siena Kwiatkowski looked the stronger of the two. When he attacked with less than 500m to go Sagan had no answer and he came home 19 seconds behind Kwiatkowski.

Alejandro Valverde of Movistar Team chased them home but was unable to catch them, finishing 36 seconds behind the winner. Damiano Cunego of Lampre–Merida and Roman Kreuziger of Tinkoff–Saxo rounded out the top 5.

Teams

The start list included 18 teams – 11 ProTeams and 7 Professional Continental Teams – and a total of 144 riders.
