The 2014–15 season is the 23rd year of football played by Aldershot Town F.C. and their 2nd back in The Football Conference. It was announced on Wednesday 21 January 2015 that the club had sacked manager Andy Scott and his assistant Terry Bullivant of first-team duties. This was on the back of the club winning just won one of their previous nine league games and sitting six points above the Conference relegation zone. It was also announced that the 34-year-old defender and club captain Chris Barker would take caretaker charge until a new manager is appointed.

During mid-March it was announced that Chris Barker would remain as caretaker manager until the end of the season.

Two days after the season had ended the club announced that they had appointed former Dundee and Alloa Athletic boss Barry Smith as their new manager on a one-year rolling contract, while Chris Barker would remain with the Shots as a player-assistant manager.
