The 2013 Tennessee–Martin Skyhawks football team represented the University of Tennessee at Martin during the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by eighth-year head coach Jason Simpson and played their home games at Graham Stadium. They were a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 7–5, 5–3 in OVC play to finish in a for third place.
