The 2013 Pokémon World Championships was the fifth annual e-Sport invitation-only tournament held by Play! Pokémon, a division of The Pokémon Company that unites the top Pokémon video game players from around the world. The event was held alongside the Pokémon Trading Card Game World Championships at the Vancouver Convention Center in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and marks the first time the World Championships was held outside of the United States.

The defending Video Game champions were Ray Rizzo (Masters Division), Toler Webb (Senior Division), and Abram Burrows (Junior Division), which were all from the United States.

The tournament was operated under a six-round Swiss-system tournament with players being categorized by their respective age divisions (i.e. Junior, Senior, and Masters). The top 8 players of each division then played in a Single-elimination tournament to determine the winner of the tournament.
