Arina Rodionova and Melanie South were the defending champions. South chose not to defend her title. Rodionova partnered up with Monique Adamczak, but they lost in the first round to Storm Sanders and Nicola Slater.
Shuko Aoyama and Erika Sema won the title by walkover after the withdrawal of Bojana Bobusic and Jessica Moore.
