The 2012 North Carolina A&T Aggies football team represented North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by second year head coach Rod Broadway and played their home games at Aggie Stadium. They are a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. They finished the season 7–4, 5–3 in MEAC play to finish in a three way tie for third place.
