This was the United States broadcast television schedule on the four commercial television networks airing entertainment programming on Saturday mornings for the season beginning in the fall of 2012 and ending in the spring of 2013. All times are Eastern and Pacific.

Fox's programming, not listed here, consists only of a two-hour block of infomercials, Weekend Marketplace, which Fox affiliates program at their own convenience.

NBC Kids premiered July 7, 2012, replacing the Qubo Block, The block was programmed by its sister cable network Sprout and marked the return of the network's in-house production of their saturday morning lineup since the ending of TNBC in 2002; however, Qubo continued to air as a block on ION Television and as a standalone channel on its stations.

The CW's Vortexx premiered August 25, 2012, replacing CW 4Kids Toonzai, Kidsco Media Ventures LLC, an affiliate of Saban Capital Group acquired the other assets from 4Kids Entertainment following its bankruptcy in April 2011.
