The 2011 Liga Sudamericana de Básquetbol (LSB) was the 16th edition of the Liga Sudamericana de Básquetbol competition, which is the second-tier South American professional basketball competition at the club level. It began on October 6, 2011 and ended on February 5th, 2012. The Brazilian club UniCEUB/Brasília, was the defending champion. Obras Sanitarias won the title, by defeating Pinheiros in the final.
