The 2010 Tour de las Américas season consisted of 16 golf tournaments, hosted in seven different countries across Latin America. Five events were played in Argentina, four in Colombia, three in Chile and one in Mexico, Peru, Paraguay and the Dominican Republic.

The Tour de las Américas continued its close association with the PGA European Tour, with one event, the Abierto Internacional de Golf Copa Antioquia being co-sanctioned by the Challenge Tour, Europe's official development tour.

The Order of Merit was won by Argentina's Julián Etulain.
