The 2010 Liberty Bowl, also known as Autozone Liberty Bowl, was the fifty-second edition of the college football bowl game, and was played at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium in Memphis, Tennessee. The game started at 3:30 PM US EST on December 31, 2010. The game was telecast on ESPN and matched up the Georgia Bulldogs of the SEC against the University of Central Florida Knights, the C-USA champions.

The game marked UCF's second appearance in the Liberty Bowl. In their first appearance in 2007, the Knights lost to Mississippi St. With a 1–1 record in previous appearances, this was Georgia's third trip to the Liberty Bowl.

Teams

Georgia running back Caleb King, backup cornerback Derek Owens and reserve offensive tackle A. J. Harmon were suspended for the Liberty Bowl for academic issues.
