On March 1, 2010, a group of Japanese 2chan and Korean website NAVER's 'Terror Action Association' which was made up DC Inside, Todayhumor netizens engaged in a civil cyberwar. The day was South Korea's March 1st Movement Anniversary, and the 100th anniversary of the Japan–Korea Treaty of 1910.
Description
About a Korean international student was killed in Russia in the winter of 2009, (2chan) made online comments such as "Dog died, Why did the news show it up?" or "Kill more!". After Kim Yuna won the gold medal in figure skating, the group 2chan asserted that a referee must have been bribed, and posts on the website of DC Inside insinuated a plot.
