The 2010–11 season was the 16th season of the Midland Football Alliance

The Midland Football Alliance featured four new clubs:

Dunkirk, promoted as champions of the East Midlands Counties League

Ellesmere Rangers, promoted as champions of the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division

Heath Hayes, promoted as champions of the Midland Football Combination Premier Division

Willenhall Town, relegated from Northern Premier League Division One South
