The 2007 Welsh Open was a professional ranking snooker tournament that took place between 12 and 18 February at the Newport Centre in Newport, Wales.
Shaun Murphy became the first player to compile four consecutive century breaks in a best of 9 match against Jamie Cope.
Neil Robertson won his second ranking title by beating Andrew Higginson 9–8. Higginson made his first official maximum break during his quarter-final match against Ali Carter.
Qualifying
Qualifying for the tournament took place between 6 and 8 January 2007 at Pontins in Prestatyn, Wales.
