The 2006 Wimbledon Championships - Men's Singles began on June 26 and finished on July 9, 2006. Roger Federer defeated Rafael Nadal 6–0, 7–6(7–5), 6–7(2–7), 6–3 in the final to win his fourth successive Wimbledon title. It would be the first of three years in succession that Federer and Nadal would meet in the final of Wimbledon. Andre Agassi made his final Wimbledon appearance, losing to Nadal in the third round.
