The Cup of Russia, or ISU Grand Prix Cup of Russia, is an event in the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating series. It was the fifth of the six events of the 2006–07 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Elite figure skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The Cup of Russia is organized by the Figure Skating Federation of Russia.
In 2006, Cup of Russia was held in Moscow from November 23 to 26.

Canadian pair team Anabelle Langlois / Cody Hay were forced to withdraw after the airline lost Langlois's skates.
