The 2004 Czech Figure Skating Championships were the Czech Figure Skating Championships for the 2003–2004 season. They crowned the national champions in figure skating for the Czech Republic in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singes, pair skating, and ice dancing.
They were held in Hradec Králové between January 8 and January 11, 2004.
