The 2002 Canada Masters – Singles was the men's singles event of the one hundred and fifteenth edition of the Canada Masters; a WTA Tier I tournament and the most prestigious men's tennis tournament held in Canada. The men's event took place at the Rexall Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from July 26 through August 1, 2004. Andy Roddick was the defending champion, but Roger Federer defeated him 7–5, 6–3, in the final.
