The 2002 Australian Drivers' Championship was a CAMS sanctioned national motor racing title for drivers of Formula Holden racing cars with the 2002 CAMS Gold Star awarded to the winning driver. The championship was contested over a six round series with two races per round:

  • Round 1, Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, Victoria, 14 April 2002
  • Round 2, Eastern Creek Raceway, New South Wales, 27 April 2002
  • Round 3, Hidden Valley Raceway, Northern Territory, 19 May 2002
  • Round 4, Oran Park Grand Prix Circuit, New South Wales, 16 June 2002
  • Round 5, Mallala Motor Sport Park, South Australia, 4 August 2002
  • Round 6, Winton Motor Raceway, Victoria, 18 August 2002
  • Championship points were awarded on a 20-15-12-10-8-6-4-3-2-1 basis to the first ten finishers in each race.
