The 1999 Wimbledon Championships – Mixed Doubles was the mixed doubles event of the hundred-and-thirteenth edition of Wimbledon, the third Grand Slam of the year. Serena Williams and Max Mirnyi were the defending champions but only Mirnyi competed that year with Mary Pierce.

Pierce and Mirnyi lost in the second round to Barbara Rittner and Martin Damm.

Lisa Raymond and Leander Paes won in the final 6–4, 3–6, 6–3 against Anna Kournikova and Jonas Björkman.
