The 1999 Czech Figure Skating Championships were the Czech Figure Skating Championships for the 1998–1999 season. They crowned the national champions in figure skating for the Czech Republic in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singes, pair skating, and ice dancing.
They were held in Karviná between December 17 and January 20, 1998.
