All the 3 Commercial Networks airs the Daytime Monday–Friday Schedules for each calendar season beginning in September 1996. All Times are in Eastern; affiliate schedules may differ.

Talk shows are highlighted in yellow, local programming is white, reruns of prime-time programming are orange, game shows are pink, soap operas are chartreuse, news programs are gold and all others are light blue. New series are highlighted in bold.

Winter 1996-1997

NOTES:

  • On NBC, Sunset Beach debuted on January 6, 1997. NBC took back the noon slot from its affiliates and returned the 10 am slot to its affiliates.
  • On ABC, The City aired its last episode on March 28, 1997. Port Charles debuted in its place in June 1997.
